Keep public_srt.py beside the chosen script. Input files are explicitly selected local UTF-8 SRT files. Strict parsing rejects malformed, overlapping or nonsequential cues instead of discarding them. / 将 public_srt.py 与功能脚本放在同一文件夹。输入由你明确选择，结构错误、重叠或序号不连续会报错。
CSV output protects formula-leading caption text with an apostrophe in the review copy. Revision summaries compare numeric positions, so inserted cues can shift later positions. Offset previews write to stdout, reject negative starts and normalize formatting; they do not alter your source file. / CSV 审校副本会对公式起始字符加保护前缀；差异比较按数字位置进行；偏移预览写到标准输出，拒绝负时间，格式会规范化，原文件不改动。
